Quotations
Unless stated otherwise, a LIKHA quotation is valid for five days. Availability is not secured until the booking is confirmed in writing and the required deposit has been received.

This page summarises LIKHA's standard booking terms. Your confirmed quotation and booking confirmation will show the terms that apply to your specific journey.
Deposit and confirmation
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. LIKHA will issue a separate booking confirmation showing the agreed services, dates and payment details.
Remaining balance
Unless the confirmed proposal states a different schedule, the remaining balance is due on the first day of the journey or tour.
Cancellation
For cancellation more than seven days before the booked service, no further payment is required beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellation within seven days of the booked service is charged at the full confirmed amount.
Card payments
A 3% processing fee applies to online credit card and international card payments where shown on the invoice.
What is included
The confirmed proposal and booking confirmation are authoritative. Paid activities will be identified in the itinerary. Accommodation, meals and other personal expenses are excluded unless expressly shown as included.
Activity arrangements
LIKHA can assist with arranging third-party activities without a separate booking-assistance fee. The activity provider's own availability, operating conditions and terms may also apply.
Changes and safety
Routes, timings and experiences may need to change because of weather, road conditions, safety concerns, supplier changes or circumstances outside LIKHA's reasonable control. We will communicate the available options and act with the safety of guests and the quality of the journey in mind.
